In the past few short years, womenswear brand Style Temple has grown and established itself as a force worth reckoning with in the Nigerian fashion industry as well as a household name that just about everybody wants or owned a Style Temple piece. Celebrities and style stars are not exempt from wanting to get into the Style Temple action as we have regularly spotted several of our faves draped in Style Temple and recently, we spotted two BellaStylistas -beauty entrepreneur Chioma Ikokwu and Style Temple’s creative director OG Okonkwo – wearing this StyleTemple pleated midi skirt and quite frankly, we are in love.
Beauty entrepreneur Chioma Ikokwu of Goodhair Limited was spotted in the StyleTemple soft shell pink pleated skirt which she paired with velvet heels and gold details and a lemonade pink pussybow top with exaggerated sleeves – which go very well the fullness of the skirt. She also threw in a matching pastel pink waist belt shirt and kept the rest of her accessories simple.
Creative director OG Okonkwo was a vision of perfection in this pink pleated midi skirt from her own brand which she paired with an oversized shirt and fashionably left the buttons undone. She also added a belt of the same colour which served to simultaneously separate the pieces but also brought them together. To break the monochrome look, she wore a pair of emerald green red bottom stilettos and accessorized perfectly with rose gold glasses and hand candies.
Both women stayed true to their personal style and gave this skirt their own spin but who do you think wins this round?
