You’ve probably never heard of Blorange or Sunset Blonde as some beauty aficionados call it. The sheer peachy-keen hue exploded in 2017, and we completely understand why – the dyed hue is meant to copy the soft, colour-tinged light of early dusk, aka what photographers call the “golden hour”, the best time to take photos in natural sunlight.
This isn’t a colour we’ve seen often on melanin skin tones, but Nqobile has always been fearless when it comes to her beauty choices. We adore how she matched her makeup to this edgy bob, and whilst the colour is a very ‘out there’ shade, she managed to make the entire look very soft, feminine and pretty.
Allegedly, the colour works on almost any shade of blonde, from yellow gold to almost white or platinum. For less experimental BellaStylistas, you can try out the pretty shade with dark roots as well. Like most pale pink or peachy color dyes, the colour is supposed to fade quite fast so we recommend weekly maintenance of your wig or weave if you try this colour.
