New York Fashion Week 2018 has come and gone, but we can’t help but keep reminiscing over the most diverse shows as well as the collections that stole our hearts during the week-long event. Chicago-based YouTube star Jackie Aina had a very busy time during the event.
Apart from enjoying the shows including sitting front row with top celebrities at the LaQuan Smith show and attending the Harper’s Bazaar icons party, Jackie was also one of the models that walked the runway, makeup-free, for Olay‘s new “Face Anything” campaign alongside two-time Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, comedian Lilly Singh, curvy model Denise Bidot, and fashion blogger and cancer survivor Mama Cax, and others.
The aim of the show was to promote a message of unapologetic self-love and celebrate fearless women who have been told they were too anything. The women wore different T-shirts with statements people have said they were too much of and had the “too” crossed off. As such Jackie wore hers which said “Too Confident”. She wrote on her Instagram after the show:
Conquering NYFW?! Walking down a runway bare faced?? CHECK!!! Thank you @olay for this incredible experience. For not only introducing me to more of your fabulous products but pushing me outside my comfort zone and bringing me together with so many other inspiring women. Things we did: THAT!

The women all prepped their faces before the event each completing Olay’s 28-day challenge ahead of the show, using Olay products.
From the behind-the-scenes footage to all the other things the beauty influencer got up to, she chronicled her best NYFW moments on her co-owned YouTube channel with partner Denis, Denis and Jackie.
