Due to the navy dress’s boat neckline, cap sleeves, and nipped in waist,the entire ensemble gives the impression of structure and dimension.
Her black feather-adorned fascinator continued the vintage vibe, with minimalist jewelry and a vibrant yellow Timabee purse completing the ensemble.
