The launch of AdireOgun.com held at the Cultural Centre, Kuto, Abeokuta, the state capital. Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun, shared the hope that the promotion of the indigenous textile can serve as a means of economic diversification and open up the entire value-chain available in the production of the Adire fabric.

The most exciting part for us is the involvement of creative industry entrepreneurs like Adenrele Sonariwo of Rele Gallery and Bolaji Animashaun of Nuru Lab.

The Ogun State Ministry of Culture and Tourism recently launched @adireogun .com – a platform for the future, a catalyst for cultural transformation and economic prosperity.

The success of this “Future” will involve a community – local and international. I hope that you consider being a part of this community by going to www.adireogun.com to support the generation of women and men, young and old who are working hard to keep the tradition alive.

Grateful to His Excellency @dapoabiodunmfr , Hon Minister of Info & Culture, Hon Comm Culture, Special Adviser, Job Creation and Youth Empowerment @lekanolude and most of all our partners without which this platform would not exist – Sales Cabal, Bytes and Barter and NuruLab@beejies ??

We are excited to see the impact it has on the industry!
