  • 300g Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 250ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Med Onions
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Red Curry Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 Med Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Lime Juice
