Day 11 of the portrait challenge features Funto Ibuoye, the CEO of Five28 Interiors and founder of Beautified Network
Here is what Abisola had to say about Funto;
Day 11 is for the small but very mighty @funtoibuoye . At such a young age and in such a short period, she has been able to impact lives of thousands of women on and off social media. She is a graduate of Accounting from Covenant University and a Chartered accountant. She gave up her career as a Chartered Accountant with one of the top accounting firms to chase her passions. Formerly, she was the brand manager and marketing professional of L’oreal, a leading international beauty brand. She is the founder of Beautified Network, a network built for women getting to the height of their God given calling. She also runs a leading interior decoration company @five28interiors.
Funto does not believe in excuses but she believes in the need to make tough choices and compromises to get things done especially passion-driven things. She is a reputable speaker famous for giving actionable points and not just inspiration. In 2017, Funto was listed among Ynaija and Leading Ladies Africa 100 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria.
She beautifully wears other hats as a wife to an amazing man, mother to two handsome young men and minister of the gospel who wants to make sure women understand the word of God and apply it to their lives. She is also an author and writer making sure that the message gets across in any way possible.Now let’s focus on her personality. She is petite, very cute, she has an extremely pleasant and soft disposition. I enjoyed my session with her, discussing all the wonderful things that God is doing through her and her future plans. It is great to see how the decisions to leave an amazing career in the corporate world and build a ministry and private practice have worked out beautifully for her. I also love how she balances it all, family which is her priority, ministry and the business and still has time to lead an army of women on and off social media. I wasn’t joking when I said she was small but mighty. #shesallthat and we are happy she gave us the opportunity to share her story.
