- 300g Boneless Chicken Breast
- 250ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Med Onions
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Red Curry Paste
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 Cup Broccoli
- 1/2 Med Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tsp Lime Juice
