Lagos Fashion Week 2024 has kicked off in full motion, Ejiro Amos-Tafari‘s SS 2025 show titled “The Symphony of Convergence” was held in an off-site show at Royalbox VI, Lagos. With its unveiling at the Paris Fashion Week, this collection draws inspiration from cultures worldwide. The show began with the hosts presenting the show and a dance presentation paying homage to culture. The display of cultural dance is in tandem with the richness of traditions that the collection infuses.
The collection display kicked off with the children on the runway wearing vibrant tones and detailed craftsmanship of the pieces. Blending indigenous cultures worldwide, honouring the richness of traditions, textiles and craftsmanship and weaving them seamlessly into a modern fashion narrative. Each piece carries its rhythm and melody-unique yet harmoniously connected creating a sense of orchestrated movement. Veteran actress Kate Henshaw also walked the runway for the brand.
