Earlier this month, Food Critic Live held their first-ever All Things Baked Fair at Landmark Event Center VI, Lagos. The exhibition tagged BakeMeGolden saw the gathering of manufacturers, industry professionals, businesses and bakers.
Endorsed by the Association Of Masters Bakers and Caterers of Nigeria, the All Things Baked Fair was the convergence of businesses, bakers and foodies. Those in attendance experienced firsthand the delicious treats and wonders of baked goods.
Crave-worthy treats, a selection of baked goods, as well as a showcase of craftsmanship and creativity, were on display. The exhibition was refreshed by Malta Guinness with an unlimited amount of malt cocktails and mocktails.
The Nigerian Association of Cakes and SugarCraft Professionals also came on board as Official Partners to further align with the vision of upholding international best practices and professionalism within the Nigerian Cake Industry.
Exhibitors at the event included Delifrost Caterers Nigeria Limited, JSM Foods Nigeria, Melting Moments, Everythingbutcoffee, Baked Goodiez n Foodiez, Zamgbidi Foods, Tabitha Foods, Hearth Cloud Kitchen & Cafe amongst others.
