Yum yum yummy in my tummy! This crave-worthy simple brownies recipe will become your go-to treat. They are super easy to make in 1,2,3, steps. That’s it! Here’s how to make it
Ingredients
300g Granulated Sugar
150g All Purpose Flour
134g Cocoa powder
100g Powdered sugar
100g Dark chocolate chips
120ml Canola Oil
2 Large eggs
2 Tablespoons Water
¾ Teaspoon Sea salt
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Step one
Preheat the oven to medium heat, grease the 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Sift the dry ingredients; flour, sugars, and cocoa powder, into a medium bowl.
Step two
In a large bowl, whisk your eggs, oil, vanilla extract and water.
Step three
Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients. Stir until combined. It will be thick and that’s ok.
Step four
Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs attached. Pro tip: don’t leave them in the oven too long. It’s better to pull them out early than leave them too long.
Enjoy!
