In 2018 the Nigerian fashion scene took several leaps, with collection releases from some of our favourite fashion designers to the runway showcases and street style to the various movie premieres and red carpets which gave our style stars ample opportunity to shine and show out.

With less than a week to 2019, we can barely hold back our excitement at the the thought of a new year because a new year means new trends, new season fashion and more stylish looks to drool over but before we officially turn our calendars over and transition into 2019 it is only right to take a look back at the some of the Nigerian female celebrities who brought their style A-game to the red carpets, the gram and the streets all through 2018, without missing a beat!

This stylish award-winning media personality and best-selling author has truly perfected the art of glowing through what you go through. For most of 2018, Toke Makinwa was serving stylish dramatic looks that scored tens all across the boards.

This actress made our 2018 with her colourful outfits and how she consistently slayed both on the streets, the Gram and on the red carpet. Ini Dima-Okojie is one style star who didn’t have a single bad look for the whole of 2018 and kept finding her way into our best dressed list!

Stephanie Coker left us with no choice but to stan her even harder this year. This media personality and TV host kept slaying in edgy yet well-put together looks that had us bringing out our notebooks to take style notes.

Veronica Ebie constantly and successful walks the line between subtle and dramatic wth her outfit choices, subtle enough that it is never loud but dramatic enough that it drags and arrests everyone’s attention instantly. This year’s Big Brother Naija was undeniably a huge highlight of 2018 and we are especially grateful to it because we got to discover the ever stylish first-runner up Cynthia Nwadiora better known as Cee C who, once the show was over, started serving fiery chic and style looks which left who fanboying and fangirling so hard!
