All eyes were on Senegalese Actress Issa Rae as she attended the 2019 Soul Train Awards on Sunday night. The event which annually honours the best in soul, R&B and hip-hop held at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas and featured performances by iconic and upcoming artists as well as high octane red carpet style.

Issa looked gorgeous in a cream coloured dress designed by Dion Lee and styled by Jason Rembert. The flare, long-sleeved dress featured extreme midriff cutouts and a plunging neckline. She completed the look with a sleek updo, subtle makeup, and minimal jewelry.
