Nigerian brand Jerre debuts its Womenswear collection ‘ Paranoia‘.
According to a statement from the brand:
In the words of Margaret Atwood, “in the end, we’ll all become stories.”
The disadvantaged myths around the female gender passed on from time to time is painfully disheartening.
“Paranoia” a womenswear collection visits the continuous conflict against being disadvantaged and the unending insecurities that subdues the mental state of women stifled in this part of the world.
Atticus says “she was afraid of heights ,but she was much more afraid of never flying”
The collection is inspired by the continuous craze for perfection and fueled entirely by self insecurities. It reflects the cognitive phase of a woman in a process between finding herself and breaking stereotypes. It describes a woman almost entirely driven by her outlook.
She really needs to slay as it’s almost all she’s got!
