Congratulations are in order for Africa’s IT designers Kenneth Ize and Thebe Magugu who just dropped their capsule collections on French online retail store 24 Sèvres.
As part of being finalists for the 2019 LVMH price, the designers have had to create a capsule wardrobe exclusively for 24 Sèvres which is owned by LVMH. Some of the pieces dropped have already been featured in the September issue of British Vogue most notably on South Sudanese model Adut Akech.
Nigeria’s Kenneth Ize, of course, dropped his aso-oke made Yaba long fringed coat, Wole Crossed Jacket, Okatu fringed trousers and other pieces. While South Africa’s Thebe Magugu released his asymmetric jacket, shortened culotte skirt, short tartan dress and other fashion items.
