We’re officially in 2019 and what better what to ring in the new year than with Makioba‘s new Muse series. Makioba is one of the leading plus-size fashion brands in Africa and has cemented its place in the industry with stylish ready-to-wear and bespoke pieces.
Makioba Muse will feature some of the brand’s newest and most amazing looks for each month for your viewing pleasure. There is a twist though. The clothes will be modeled by a Makioba woman!
This means that each month, one customer will be selected to model the brand’s newest looks. According to the brand; “Since its inception, Makioba has and always will be about you and this is why we’ve chosen to further make the Makioba woman a part of the process.”
Kicking things off is our January Muse, Deborah who wore some of our latest pieces such as Eden and Corporate Girl.
The outfits are very bold and feature an assortment of ruffles as well as the sequins and floral embellishments you’ve come to expect from the brand. We had a lot of fun putting this together, and we hope you have bigger fun rocking as a Makioba woman.
