In celebration of Women’s Month, the High Tea with BellaNaija Style closed a month-long activation that explored healthcare for young women and girls in Nigeria across various topics including Sexual & Reproductive Health, Nutrition, Mental Wellness and Advocacy.

Mary Edoro, BellaNaija’s Chief of Staff/Head of Strategy, who has been the convener of the #BNSWomensMonth and the #HighTeaWithBNS event since it’s inception, channelled Audrey Hepburn’s elegant yet subtly sultry look on the event day.

Her outfit, designed by MSO Lagos, evoked classic Hollywood glamour. The puffy off-the-shoulder sleeves, draped silhouette, and bow-like tie created a striking contrast with the black bodice. Her peep-toe heels further showcased the vintage aesthetic.

Her hair, styled in a neat bun with two soft curls framing her face, added to the charm and simplicity reminiscent of that era.

The look was a fabulous outfit perfect for the theme of the day which was “Lagos High Society” – marked by rich silhouettes, luxury fabrics and exquisite detailing.

The event was hosted at the elegant Mercedes-Benz Centre, Lekki and proudly supported by eHealth Africa, Nestlé PureLife, Nutrify Nigeria and Zaron Cosmetics.

In her opening keynote speech and closing remarks, she emphasized the deliberate curation of guests at the event – strategically pulled together from key voices in media and lifestyle as well as stakeholders and corporate executives from the health sector. She called for the continuous upliftment, support and celebration of women through initiatives like the BNS Women’s Month and closed by raising a toast to all women.
