- 1 Cup Palm Oil
- 1 Cup Ugba (Oil Bean)
- 1 Small Onion
- 2 Small Fresh Pepper
- 6 Seeds Ehuru (Calabash Nutmeg)
- 3 Tbsp Ground Crayfish
- 1 Tsp Cameroon Pepper
- 1 Tsp Dried Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Utazi Leaves (Sliced)
- 4 Stock Cubes
- 1 Tsp Potash (Dissolved in water)
- 1 Tsp Salt
