Fashion took its most glamorous and flamboyant turn for the #EkoforShow theme at the Bling Lagosians movie premiere on Sunday night. The guests served head-turning interpretations of the dress code in modern, stand out gele headgears, embellished dress and suits, and sparkly accessories – it was hard not to add everyone to the Best Dressed List!
According to the theme and the show organizers, a best-dressed award together with a 500, 000 naira prize sponsored by Ecobank, was awarded to TV and Red Carpet Host Daala Oruwa, and her stylist Teni Oluwo.
Her look channeled old Lagos glamour; she wore a gorgeous blue and white aso oke iro and buba set with matching headgear and shawl – Lagos woman style. Her stylist put together stacks of jewelry and bright pumps to complete the look.
The first and second runners up, who received N350, 000 and N150, 000, were Beverly Naya and veteran Shaffy Bello respectively.
