South African designer, Palesa Mokubung and her label, Mantsho has joined forces with global retail brand H&M for its first African collaboration. It seems the H&M brand is taking steps in the right direction following the #BoycottHM scandal last year. The brand also announced Ezinne Kwubiri as the new Head Of Inclusion & Diversity For North America in December.
The collaboration with the Mantsho brand which has been in existence since 2004 is said to be a ready-to-wear clothing and accessories collection that will be available globally from August 15.
Palesa shared the news in her Instagram with a sneak peek of the new collection. She said:
I am so excited to finally announce my collaboration with H&M to create Mantsho x HM!
