The Luxe Man is a retro minimalistic yet elegant collection by Designer Eromosele Patrick Eidusi, the Creative Director of menswear brand Rick Dusi. Inspired by the book “The Luxe” in the New York Times’ bestselling series by Anna Godberson.
In a world of luxury and deception, where appearances matter above everything and breaking the social code means running the risk of being ostracised forever birthed The Luxe Man. According to the designer; the collection was hatched when the designer stumbled upon the book where 10 men lead dangerously scandalous lives in a retro yet very timeless classic piece.
The collection redefines menswear classic with an upsurge in aesthetics, beautiful executed retro fashion with the use of indigenous fabric mix with modern sartorial classics with hopes to creatively explore the marriage between retro influence and contemporary styles for the modern man.
Soft to seemingly hard fabrication was used for the collection. Cotton, Neoprene, Velvets, wool and damask are the fabrics that empower the collection and helps to tell the story of this collection.
