Burn survivor Shalom Blac is a Nigerian-American beauty influencer and YouTuber. She survived an unfortunate incident in Nigeria at the age of 9 when hot oil from her mother’s restaurant poured on her and her sister while they were sleeping.
Shalom has shared her story on the internet in a video that went viral with 7 million views and since then, she’s continued to push herself out of her shell to increase her self-confidence knowing that there’s beauty in her scars.
