Aduk Akech‘s agenda is clearly to grace the cover of every single Vogue publication and she is well on her way to achieving that.

It’s not every day that one single model is the cover star of five major Vogue publications’ September issues. Adut Akech can tick that box off her list now. This year the South Sudanese model landed the covers of British, Japan, Deutsche, Italian and Australian Vogue’s September issues. For both the British and Australian publications, this was her third time being a cover star. Overall, she has been on 12 Vogue covers to date.
