Earlier this year, pop star Wizkid was one of the stars that modeled the new Super Eagles 2018 World Cup kit in partnership with Nike, now the Soco crooner has released a limited edition collection in collaboration with the athletic-wear brand.
The new merch is a Super Eagles inspired Nike by Wizkid shirt. The collaborative jersey has Wizkid’s hometown, Surulere emblazoned on the lower back, asides from the bold inscription on the back, this jersey also reflects the Nigerian flag.
It is adorned with green and white trimmings, a Naija graphic on the sleeve, a centrally placed Nike Swoosh and highlighted iconic Starboy graphic across the chest.
The new merch which was released on the 10th of September by Nike was available only for a few minutes before all the available products were sold out.

The overall design of the jersey by Nike is a fitting celebration of both personal and collective talent and ingenuity, and one that defines Wizkid’s dizzying accomplishments and Nigeria’s growing cultural footprint.
